  1. Based on the laws, you can open carry a single side blade balisong, just not concealed. Technically, because the laws are so open ended, you might get away concealed carrying one as well, because you could argue in court that you use it for hunting.
  2. I have to agree with blackadder. The thing is, it's still manual open... its just manual assisted, you have to make the blade open with force. I would also agree that if you aren't using it to hurt anybody (sadly in a defensive manner as well, I could go into laws and court and everything, but it's an awful subject.) nobody should care. I hate knife laws, they are so open ended which is nice if you ever have to go to court (for say a case where you used a knife to defend yourself) but is also awful for trying to carry a knife that you like... Where I live I can't technically carry a Balisong, because it is considered a gravity knife, but if I was to tighten the pivots, it would then be legal to carry, only if the pivots were always super tight so the knife could only be opened without gravity. EDIT: Also, Washington law states that any "Dangerous Weapon" is illegal to conceal carry. So based on that, any judge could say any knife... or a fork, is illegal to conceal carry... then the issue becomes is a pocket clip shown on the outside of my pocket concealed or open... but that isn't defined, at least in Washington law. EDIT 2: Thanks for the knife bug guys... Think I need a couple more?
  3. A sound card... but most people think they are useless and, to some point, I can agree. (Even though I have one and like it, for most people it makes no sense.)
  4. I bought a wacom tablet and was very excited about using it. Brought it home (and like the knife person I am) pulled out a benchmade 67 (tanto balisong) to opent it... I ended up stabbing a hole through my monitor. (It was a cheap HP and still works today, although I don't use it.) I also ended up returning the Wacom tablet because it wasn't what I wanted it to be.
  5. Me too! Thanks for the help! Me neither, I can imagine the conversation at Asus being something like this: "Well sir, if we let the consumer use the box that is perfect for the item being sent back, there is no chance of damage." "Well, we can't let that happen!"
  6. Thanks for the response. I understand, there are things I fear that I can't explain.
  7. I don't know about MSI's RMA service, but I think if you were to send out your card it would come to the US... I'm not for sure though.
  8. I have been having major issues with my pny ram and their customer support is not very good. 30 dollars for express RMA is ridiculous. But If the warranty doesn't carry over then it is up to you. I have a pny thumb drive and power bank and as long as I don't need support for them they work well enough.
  9. (If you don't mind me asking) Why? As someone who has a real passion/hobby for knives your post interests me without understanding any sort of backstory or if it is just something that is, with no reason.I would type mine out but Calavera and Philosophy hit the nail on the head for mine.
  10. Thanks for the help! I have it packaged nice and secure and it will be going out Monday!
  11. Nope, It's don't use the original box... at all. I have also got it all packaged with help from everyone who posted.
  12. That is what I was going to do, I just wanted to make sure there was not anything special I should do with it.
  13. I wish I could send it in the original box but it says not to right in the email. Thank you for your help!
  14. Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong form, but I am a bit stressed out because I have to send my GPU back to Asus and have no idea how to pack/what supplies I will need. So I guess that is my question... how should I package the GPU and what supplies do I need to buy?
  15. This. Just, don't mix the water and computers (unless you are water cooling )
