If you really think you will want 32GB okay. If 24GB would be enough you could go with 2x4GB now and add 2x8GB later. While dual channel does not make a noticeable difference in gaming, in general use the performance difference is 5% - 15%.

No real difference in the quality of Hyper X and Vengeance. What counts, in descending order of importance are: total amount, number of sticks/channels, speed, and timings.

The closest ATX motherboard on Amazon is the Z97-Pro(WiFi ac), about US$50 more. Stay with the Z87 Pro. It has USB BIOS Flashback which lets you update the BIOS using a USB stick with no need to have a cpu or memory installed.

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory would be a better choice of memory.

While I'm a huge fan of my 450D, honestly if you don't mind the larger case I'd go with the enthoo pro.  Its a better all-around case imo, and is beaten by the 450D only in places like aesthetics (subjective) and size.  The build quality of the obsidians, while still good, is not what it used to be, and will be pretty much equal to the pro.

tl;dr get the enthoo if you dont mind the size

I was actually considering the 450D for my current system since I really liked the look of that case. However, for what I had planned for the future and the fan layout I wanted, the 450D would have been cramped and somewhat limited my choice in PSUs (based on length).

Then the Enthoo Pro was released and essentially addressed my concerns with space. Since you seem to be concerned about the overall size of the Pro being too large, let me say this: In person the Pro is deceptively small...that is to say that even though it is considered a full tower, it really is not that much larger than the bigger mid towers on the market. To me, the Pro's size doesn't dominate my desk area like I would imagine a Primo or 750D would.

Keep in mind that with the PSU stealth cover in place, the standard components of an ATX motherboad, single GPU, and air or AIO liquid cooler will fill up the space quite nicely. It definitely will not suffer from empty space syndrome like if you were to assemble the components you have chosen in a 900D.

Additionally, the overall value of the Pro is just superior with the features it offers for essentially the same price as the 450D. The modularity and modding potential, the airflow, the included fan hub, the array of cable management accessories along with a little tool box for the excess screws - all point to much more compelling value.

Subjectively, I really like the look of the Pro as well. Personally, I even think it looks better than the 450D.

For motherboard get AsRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer
For CPU cooler get Noctua U14S
For GPU get a GTX 970
For PSU if you're only running one graphics card then get the 550W Rosewill Capstone. If you plan on running two in the future get EVGA 750G2

Go with a 4690k and MSI Z97 Gaming 5, MSI Z97 G45, MSI Z97 G55 SLI, Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 5, or Asus Z97-A. Also, don't get an H100i, it has tons of mounting problems, either get the H105, or Seidon 240m (if its still on sale which I believe it is). And get a GTX 970 instead.
