So I have an i7-4790k and 2 gtx 970s in SLI but i cant seem to get more than 20 fps on the open beta for the Division. I've looked online for optimal graphic settings but it doesn't work. Any help?

I hope not. I know some companies do that, but i don't see why my down speed would be so much greater than my up speed.

So here's the thing. I like to stream, it's fun even though I don't get views much, but I can't stream anything with lots of action because the stream quality goes to crap. So I checked my internet speed and I have, get this, 122.38mb/s down and 3.24mb/s up. So i looked up online for any possible solutions and I came across one where it said my firmware was probably outdated, and sure enough it was, so I updated my firmware and nothing has changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I am hardwired into my Router, no wifi.

I've tried remounting and I've reapplied the thermal paste 3-4 times already and the temp never drops.

So I have an i7-4790k with a Corsair H60 Hydro Edition, not OC'd but it idles around 33-45 (frequently fluctuating) and under load reaches around 91 degrees. I feel this is extremely high. I was also playing WoW on Ultra and it stays around 60-65 degrees. I'm using Noctuas NT-H1 Thermal paste, using only a pea size. Is this too high?

I was hoping that was the problem haha. I haven't had issues like this for other games, i was just freaking out because it didn't happen to my other AC games

I wouldn't say so. It really just depends on what you're looking for. I have a $75 Liquid Cooler which keeps my CPU under 68 degrees under 100% load and it's quiet.

So lately I've been playing Assassins Creed: Rogue and Watch Dogs, both great games, but it makes it hard to enjoy when every once and a while, the framerate stutters, like just a really quick but heavy lag. What could be causing this? I have decent cooling, a solid graphics card and a great CPU. Also, there seems to be a lot of frame splitting when I play Assassins Creed but not much in Watch Dogs. So I want a new case. These are what I'm looking for: 1) Big Window to view the inside. 2) Great Airflow, in from the side and front, out the top and back. 3) Lots of space for cable management. 4) Full Tower

the only this is the PSU. You might need more because the i7 overclocked can use up a bit of power as well as the GPU. it's not necessary, it's just a precaution because you don't want to be buying another PSU later on when you can get enough now.

The only thing i would recommend changing is your PSU. 430W seems a bit low, but that's only my opinion.

Depends on your budget. AMD is usually nicer to the wallet but still puts out a really good fight, so don't count it out just because it's not intel. My first build was AMD and it lasted me 2 years, and i still use it as a backup. So, on a budget, get AMD. If you want more power, get Intel. Either way you can't lose.

Just wondering, I have a Corsair H60 Hydro Series CPU cooler with one fan that maxes out at around 1600rpm and my CPU idles at around 26-32 degrees. I was wondering, if i wanted to get that lower, could i just replace the fans with faster ones? so instead of just one fan, could i replace the one with 2 (of the same of course) with higher RPMs and get better cooling?

I'm currently playing Sim City on the highest settings and it's saying the same. Now i know it's not a demanding game, but still haha. Also, my room is roughly 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Does this sound ok?
