I prefer a PRO and CON list for reviews because standards are always going up. 10/10 will be worth a 1/10 in 10 years

Have you looked at maybe shipping parts from Australia because Sydney or Melbourne is on the closest side to NZ so maybe it would be cheaper?
And for PSU:  EVGA 750W 80+ Gold
Also good idea for storage and with the i5 but if all your using this for is a media server then you won't need to overclock it so a H55 will be fine but if you are planning on overclocking and going for more power you might wanna look at a different build and perhaps a ATX or even Micro ATX and then get a bigger case to fit a duel rad

Also if you want a really good mini ITX build look at this http://au.pcpartpicker.com/b/Zqhqqs
its a build I saw on pcpartpicker a month or so ago and I thought it looked great and performs very well.

Also if you want a cheaper idea for media centre buy a ps3 and a 6TB hard drive and just but your stuff on the hard drive and plug it into the ps3 then you can use that to take to your friends house.

    WO WO WO WO

I think that for $2530 bucks you can do A LOT better.
I feel like for some spots you have gone OVERKILL and others UNDERKILL
    1) Why use 8TB of NAS/ Server grade storage?
    2) Why not a K series CPU?
    3) Perhaps a different PSU I mean for what your paying you would be better off with a 750W EVGA Gold+ PSU

If your budget goes to $2000 why not put in i7?
And also if you want this to be for 2015 then maybe get more storage because games are getting bigger in size so 1tb is around 20 games eg titanfall, bf4, far cry 4, cod advanced warfare etc so maybe for for 2 since you still have some room in the budget
