  2. It knocked the sata cable out of the SSD causing the forum to go offline.

I'd go for the YBR. Only because I hate the Van Van. Also, good luck with the test, how much is it costing you total? £100ish?
  4. I didn't know what half of that was, I guessed most.

What bike is that frame from?
  6. Yes. Mine a new coin at it's launch so the difficulty is really low and you can get a lot of coins quickly then just wait for the value of that coin to go up. It's a hit or miss with what coins though.
  7. Then the only other option for mining to be really profitable is to mine new coins and hope they become worth a good amount after a few weeks.

UK is 16, sadly only allowed to ride up to 50cc and all 4 strokes are scooters and the geared ones are 2 strokes (not the worst thing in the world) and are either ragged by some chav or you have to get it new. I pick up my new scooter on Saturday then in August I can finally move onto a geared 125. Most likely buying my dad's Honda CG off of him, reliable and cheap to insure. I would love a R125 or CBR 125 but the insurance and the cost of the bike is out of my price range at the moment.

I may have to end up buying a new 50cc scooter and use that for 5 months, which is about £700. It's a Pulse, so it's Chinese. I want a geared 50cc, but for 5 months I think I can stick with a 4 stroke scooter.

Only a 50cc, so an engine from the breakers yard would probably cost over £100, and I was talking to the garage yesterday how much it would cost to fit it and they said another £100.Going to look at more bikes today and tomorrow.

A bearing was going and it just got worse and worse and now the engine now doesn't seem to have compression or anything. A new engine will cost £100+ so it looks like I'll be buying a new bike to last 5 months.

Saturday was a good day too, I did a 70mile trip and now my engine is broken. Wasn't a good weekend for me either.

In the UK we have L plates, the show that you're a learner. You need to take a CBT which allows you to ride up to a 125cc machine for 2 years, it's so you can get the basics done while on the 2 hours on the road on the CBT then you can ride and learn for when you do your test.
  15. I mean they would be suing for the USD and EURO that was in the exchange, they have no chance suing for Bitcoin.
  16. I think Mt. Gox has too much of a bad reputation now, people won't use them again. I can see some people 'quitting' Bitcoin because of this whole fiasco losing a lot of money, however Mt. Gox said they've temporarily taken the website offline. I think people will be suing, but only those with Euros, Dollars or Pounds will have a chance of getting their money back. There has been a good price recovery tonight, currently sitting at just under $600 when it was at $500 yesterday morning. I took that opportunity to buy.
  17. As soon as the feds seized the $50m or so back along Mt. Gox was definitely turned into a Ponzi. An exchange selling $100+ above other exchanges? Just one of the reasons why I didn't even use Mt. Gox.
  18. Lol, if you buy more you'll be even more money in the hole... More miners means more to pay off, fi if you can't brake even on one how do you expect to on 10?
  19. This is not the VPN if you want to torrent on, sadly.
  20. Don't put it into stocks, so much harder to make a good return. I'm not stock expert, but with stocks you need to either invest in a low costing stock and wait for it to rise, or have a load of stock in a large company and day trade it. With $20 you can make a lot more in a shorter time frame with crypto, I turned $10 into $100 a few weeks back. As always, don't put in what you can't lose. It gets addicting but when you're just trading with profit it isn't as bad if you lose it all.
  21. You have to be on BitcoinTalk a lot to find the new coins with no PRE-ANN, most PRE-ANN coins get instamined and leaves an unfair launch to the little guys with small rigs. If you can monitor the Altcoin announcement section on BitcoinTalk and find coins just launched with a difficulty lower than 1 then mining with your laptop would then become profitable if you're willing to wait for the coin to gain value if it ever does. I've mined coins in the past and made back 5x the money I put into the GPU, now I just mine coins that I believe will be the next 'big coin'. FlappyCoin is my latest one but it's too late to mine now. I'm currently just reinvesting the money I've made by mining. Invest some money into buying Bitcoin and I'm pretty sure a few people on here will give you a few tips on how to make money with it rather than destroying your laptop.
