I can't find an assembly drawing of the motherboard which isn't surprising as that is usually marked as proprietary confidential and thus not available to the public via normal channels, is SIF written on the chip in addition to the 1317? Kinda unclear based on what is written.

SIF is sideways, 1317 is not. The sideways SIF is to the left of the 1317.

I got it working with anothet part, though I have new issues, see the forum post for an update
