I would have to agree with W-L's advice on fans. I would recommend staying under 1500 rpm. I would go for either the F1s or the F2s personally. It won't effect performance much but it'll be much quieter. I would imagine since you're going to all the trouble (or fun) of water cooling your pretty high end rig you would appreciate that.
Are you buying the MOSFET block just for looks? If so, then great. If you want it for performance then it's completely unnecessary. Especially since you have a 4770 (non-k) which wouldn't overclock anyhow. The same goes for the RAM blocks. It's not going to do anything. But if you want it purely because it looks cool then go ahead. I would recommend buying the MOSFET and RAM blocks. In my opinion it would look too crowded, but your tastes may be different. Just know it will make zero performance difference.
As for the coolant, I think you should be alright. Also, the blood red will be less saturated if it's colouring two liters of fluid. I would buy enough for 2 liters of red, but I like strong colours. Which would you prefer? Also, it's going to be a diluted colour anyway so if you happen to be short on fluid for some reason you can just add more distilled water to your loop.
Radiators: You're going super overkill. A 240 and a 480 isn't necessary. Maybe just get another 240 instead of a 480 to save a few bucks.
My other comment would be that you're going to be spending a lot on this. If you really do want the MOSFET and RAM blocks (want, not need) then go ahead. I would but if you like the look then it's your preference. I'm imagining that your motivation to put together this loop is either purely aesthetic, or because it would be fun. If that's the case then good on you. I wish I had the money. :-) If it's for performance reasons then you shouldn't. You could get better performance by getting a second 980, or selling your current 980 and upgrading to a 1000 series card when they become purchase-able.
But if you just want to get into water cooling then have at it. It looks like a fun project if you're the type of person who enjoys playing with computers and technology. I wish I could. Feel free to ask if you'd like any other advice or help. Welcome to the forum!
