I have a Pentium G3258 OCed to 3.7GHz, a GTX 750Ti 2GB, and 8GB of 1600MHz DDR3 RAM. Can I at least play this game at 720p medium (or low) with 30fps? I am really hyped for this game and would be very happy if I could play it.

Well I think that the best solution is that you install a licensed anti-virus on his computer and run a full scan (I am currently using Kaspersky and I think it's pretty good), tell him to stop logging on to sites that make him download things automatically, and using a better browser if he is using IE Hope this helps!

I've never had this problem before when using Windows 8.1. But on my old computer that used Windows 7 I've had this issue as well so I think it's not an OS problem. My best guess here is that your computer may not have enough ram to run Windows 8.1 so when it run out of ram it just restarted (since you said that your Windows 7 had no problem on the same computer, and Windows 7 uses less ram than Windows 8.1). So you either switch back to Windows 7, or upgrade your ram Sorry if this doesn't solve your problem.

When I first started programming, I used Pascal because it's pretty easy for programmers since it has easy phrases. About a year later, I learned C and eventually C++ and C# at school and I think that those are straight forward, easy to use. Sometimes now I even use Java to code for games in Unity, but I like C# more

So I plugged my Apple ear-phones to my laptop, but when I play music or anyother sounds it just play through the speakers, not the ear-phones. Some online articles say that I should check the "Playback devices" option but my ear-phones don't show up there and I don't know what to do now. Can anyone help me please?

I think AVG free is a good one since I used to use it on my old pc (about a year ago) and they packed a lot of useful stuff into a free anti-virus; but it's better if you have the money to buy a licensed anti-virus since it will protect you better

Yeah you can install Windows 10 using a usb just like any other version of Windows or operating system, I tried that
