  1. I have a Carbide 540 case and I love it. I would definitely recommend it in a heart beat. As for the "silence" aspect, depending on what you have pushing your air will make a huge difference, since it is such an open case. That being said, having 140mm fans in all the slots tuned down to low rpms, you get a nice quiet air sound, but it's not close to silent by any stretch. I personally like the slight hum of moving air, so it makes me happy. It's also amazing to working with. Everything just fits super well and looks aesthetically pleasing. Hope this helped some!
  2. Yay! Username: Adolphen The two videos that are my favorites are ones that I hadn't seen yet! The hardpipe vid: https://www.vessel.com/videos/JYZEYDYx0 and the Acer Predetor 144hz vid: https://www.vessel.com/videos/aBRl_4ZS6 Keep up the great work guys! Love the content and the direction that you guys are heading. Super excited to see where this next year takes ya'll!
  3. I was on the fence with the same two recently. Ended up getting a G502 and did not like how the thumb buttons felt. Returned it for the deathadder and I love it. Thumb buttons feel better and it overall feels better in my hand. Just my personal experience though
  4. Open Steam and see how long it takes to convince myself that I do in fact need the sale game.
  5. Just ordered my FTW+ today, but it's been released in the States for about a week now. Seems very promising!
  6. Consider the c70. I own it and love it. Between those two though, I'd say the 540. My wife has that and it works like a champ
  7. So I definitely went out a little after I posted this and bought DA:I and it's been a blast so far. Best decision ever! I already bought the first two to play through when I'm done. I didn't even know about this feature until now. I'm excited for another play through of DA:I after I play through the first two Thanks for the input everyone!
  8. Are they that connected? I don't know if I have the time to invest in three long games back to back, so if I can just dive into Inquisition, I would prefer that. I do totally get and appreciate needing to start at the beginning though, and I will if need be. What about it do you hate? Do you suggest something instead?
  9. So I got a few gift cards as gifts this year and I think I'll be using them to pick up a couple games. I'm thinking DA:I is going to be one of them, since I haven't played an RPG in a while and I have a bit of a hankerin'. Has anyone played it? I've heard both really good and not so good things about it, so I'm kinda on the fence. Thoughts? Thanks
  10. Hey guys, I work in the HVAC industry and my company is currently toying with the idea of getting tablets for our technicians out in the field. I figured I would do a bit of research on the topic for the owners before they commit to something that would ultimately be useless/waste of money. What we're looking for is a decent size, preferably 8"+ (phablets aren't a contender), decent battery life, decent camera, as well as having the voice calling feature. I've never really kept up to date on tablets other than what Linus and Slick talk about on the WAN show, so I'm pretty much in the dark. Is voice calling even a thing on tablets in NA? The idea is to have less paperwork for our techs to carry around as well as the ability to move/process information quicker and more effectively between the office/tech/customer trifecta. The voice calling is so our company can have all of our techs on a "reliable" network and they can just have bluetooth headsets in, as opposed to each of them having their own phones/providers and giving them a stipend for it. I also am aware that the company could just get them all decent smartphones/phablets, and pairing it with whatever tablets for viewing paperwork/equipment images, but we were hoping to knock it out with one device. I'll be looking into it over the next few days, as I'd like to have some concrete information by Friday, but I figured I should give a post on here and see if any of y'all have any experience in this. Any input would (probably) be helpful Thanks in advance!
  11. Buy it as a gift, like Samfisher says. It works, I just used this for my lady friend
  12. I've stopped playing for nearly the exact same reasons! Although what really put me over the edge to stop playing was the nearly 30% chance for your or one of your teammates ping to skyrocket well into the thousands for the majority of the match and makes the game a guarenteed loss. I just got tired of being mad for 40 minutes at a time
  13. Whoop! Another shot at another great giveaway! The Kuhler 1250 catches my eye pretty quick. I'm looking to try out an a-i-o cooler and the led temp feature would be a great cherry on top of what has the potential to be an excellent cooler. Cheers!
  14. The Extreme edition looks pretty slick with the green and red breathing effects! Oh, and I guess it being a 980 isn't too shabby either
