  1. Well the x60 is only 27mm thick though, compared to the H105s 38mm
  2. I'm looking to actually "downgrade" from my 900D with custom loop to a H440. Now I'd rather put an H105 in there and not the H100i. Did some googling and the majority says it won't fit, depending on the motherboard heatsinks ofc. However one guy did manage to fit it with his Gigabyte Z87X-UH4H. The board has its heatsinks pretty much at the top, so I'm guessing I should be fine with my MSI Z87 GD65. Does anyone maybe have said combination / experience? Thanks
  3. hard to pick one thing. probably the outstanding ID and the speaker position + sd card slot

  9. what does he need the PC for? video editing? or does he just want to blow money?
  10. I only used fraps and dxtory. have to say i like dxtory much better. it just has so many more options. you won't need all of them but some are very useful. once you get into dxtory you probably don't want to use fraps again
  11. thanks a lot everyone. much appreciated i really like the looks of it. there's not a big temp difference with cpu blocks anyway, so go for what looks you prefer make sure to change the LEDs though as the block does only come with blue ones. it was fairly easy. bought like 20 LEDs for $4, so it's really worth doing it
  12. nzxt switch 810 is a quite popular watercooling case should be able to house what you want to do
  13. hello LTT community, i basically finished building my first rig with custom loop yesterday. it's not entirely done yet as i might do minor changes and am not 100% happy with the cable routing yet, but i'll have you guys take a look like it is right now as said, it's my first custom loop so it might not be the best one you've ever seen also, please excuse the kinda bad picture quality. all i can do right now PC specs: i7 4770k (currently running stock, going to do some overclocking next weekend) 2x GTX 780 16GB Corsair Dominator GT 2133 MSI Z87 GD65 Gaming Adata SP900 256GB SSD Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD Corsair AX860i Corsair 900D watercooling stuff: 2x Alphacool UT60 360 1x Alphacool UT60 240 XSPC Raystorm CPU block XSPC Razor Titan GPU blocks (and backplates: no 780 backplates available right now afaik) Phobya Balancer 250 Swiftech MCP655 XSPC EC6 coolant also lots of Corsair SP120 QE fans in there, running at 7v couple pictures, as said not the best camera: http://i.imgur.com/ppEuAee.jpg http://i.imgur.com/xGNVrt9.jpg http://i.imgur.com/aSBTO4q.jpg whole desk: http://i.imgur.com/QwO3vxa.jpg main monitor is the Asus pb278q, 27 inch 1440p PSL monitor secondary monitor is some random acer 22 inch Leopold FC200R tenkeyless keyboard with blues Steelseries Kana, Siberia v2 and qck mini any feedback is very welcome, let me know if i can improve something
  14. Hello smart people, just a quick question; is there any mid tower case you can mount two dual 120 radiators in without really modding it? thanks!
  15. alright thanks, win7 reinstall then
  16. Hello smart people, so I finally got me a SSD, Intel 520 128GB, but my boottime is so long lol. Takes about 30 seconds after BIOS till I'm actually on my desktop. Yes I've used a SATA3 port, yes I've used a SATA3 cable, yes it's a fresh Win7 installation - no data migration. When I test the read speed of the SSD in Windows with something like crystal disk mark i get like 450MB/s, so seems to be fine. But the boottime is just way too long for a SSD, any advice?
