I'm trying to create an image from hard drive, but it fails every time because hard drive read error. I'm using a laptop, which have uncorrectable sectors. I have also got blue screens when opening file, got message Kernel data inpage error Specs: Intel i7 3032QM, Gt 620M,6GB ram, 500GB HDD, Win8.1 64bit Have any guides to backup data?

Yes it is new build, and it suddenly stopped working. I inserted POST card and it booted fine.
