  1. You surely haven't heard higher end ear buds then... I have RHA T10i's and they have amazing bass quality....you can feel the warmth and thump of the base in just an amazing way. Now those cost around $200. For around the price of the momentums I would recommend the RHA MA750i or Fidue A73. Amazing sound for the price!
  2. That is a very sterotyping, judgemental comment.
  3. I will learn! Nice pic, however I feel like my eye is confused. Don't know whether to focus on the people or the rainbow or the background. I'd give it a 7/10.
  4. Looks good, but I'd probably want a more defined subject. Like the tone though! 7/10 Taken with a Canon 70D with kit Len (18-135)
  5. That makes sense! And honestly it gives me some relief that such an enormous power supply fit in the case lol. So I don't have to worry much if I have to change mine. What kind of modifications did you do to fit it in? I don't know if i'll ever be using such a big power supply but it doesn't hurt to know
  6. Thats a nice build!! ....just a question, why a 1200W PSU for 970 SLI and a 4970? I can do a 970 here with a 4960X with just a 600W PSU. I dont think that extra 970 requires so much more power, also, I have a 4960X which consumers more power than the 4970K, so I'd say the max you'd need would be an 800W. Just curious
  7. Appreciate it In other things, the Samsung counter part of this, the ativ book 9 or something....basically the series 9 2015 comes in at around the sane price, more even for the same specs....its also thinner lol....I guess this market is all about portability and convenience .... Cuz you can surely get much more powerful notebooks for the price....I see the point though...I have a pretty powerful computer for home use but being a college student I could use one of these to just help with basic tasks like internet browsing, word, presentations, etc..
  8. I love how everyone here seems to jump on the first opportunity they get to hate on Apple. 1st - This is not a macbook air, its a macbook (like the old macbook which was the least powerful). 2nd - The reason it costs more is because of the screen resolution and an ample SSD space - which i feel for $1400 is not an enormous premium over the windows counterparts. Before I get called for bias, I don't have a single apple product in possession, living and enjoying windows and android. I just seem to feel that the unneeded hate needs to stop.
  9. Yeah...i did it like ten minutes ago haha....I forgot to do that too earlier on....
  10. Here, got before and after pics for you.. See how the plate holding the GPU is tilted before and not after... That's what you want... Tighten it more if you can
  11. The screw holes are under the plate....you can screw it in....But it tilts cuz of the heft of the heatsink and fans....The motherboard is horizontally positioned, and the PCI-E connector isn't a sufficient base....I checked my card and now it's no longer tilted....Just tighten the plate more if you can't screw it in....
  12. Yup, its away from the window side....and....you should connect that fan to the corsair input on the pump....so then you can control the speed....mine spins up like a wind turbine on too heavy load....its not too loud but quite audible and i quite like the sound....sounds badass in my opinion haha...
  13. I rotated the radiator...and only my front 200mm fan is an intake...the radiator and the rear are both exhaust...My temperatures are quite under control.. And no worries...It's always hard when trying to build for the first time.... Ill post some pics in a couple days....not at home for some time...
  14. Well I am a first time builder too but I was able to manage cables fairly neatly...It takes patience and this case is very easy to build in (in terms of managing them cables). Just route them from the sides and the top and use twist-ties. The I/O shield is important as it prevents dust from entering and helps you understand which port is for what...But i dont see it being too big of an issue....great choice for a GPU btw....I have the strix....Ill post pics if you'd like. CHEERS on joining the Aquila club though!
  15. The 860M is nothing close to the performance of a desktop 660...i had a 780M in my old laptop and it performed similar to a GTX 660 non-ti.... The 870M is slower than the 780M so there's no way the 860M can equal the 780M in performance... I'd say more like GTX 650
