Current phone and GPU? (and CPU)

I'd go 2080ti. Unless your S9+ battery life is basically zero, i wouldnt bother upgrading for a while (I dont plan on upgrading my S10+ anytime soon, the only reason I upgraded from the S8+ to S10+ was cracked screen)
