If I had an Amoled screen, that's what would I most likely end up doing. A black wallpaper with a minimalist text up on the center. Blacks doesn't look as deep on LCD ones hence it doesn't look as nice. I do miss my S4 for that, and I've got a thing for its oversaturation.

Mine is even more so. As a conservative person, I keep my download boundary to 15 apps max. I know this might make the power users cringe but hey, it works for me and my old phone (LG G2).

I was probably 13 then (I'm 18 now). I knew I was bisexual because I was attracted (sexually) to this boy in tv. I've also had some kind of experience with a boy sexually at 14 though. But to date, I'm still afraid to come out of the closet as there might be some who wouldn't accept me. EDIT: bi not hetero

Despite of all the individuals who commented, there's nothing to lose when you enter late. I wish I'd win though. My friend will have his PC built soon and all that budget without a legitimate OS, this would definitely help!

How do I go about solving this? (Something that's subtle)

I really dig the UI of the OS. Although it's not groundbreaking, it's a refreshing look nonetheless. I've had it running for about a week now on my netbook as a primary OS. It's been great and I've yet to encounter a single crash on it. As soon as I got the preview, I updated it to the latest build (9860) and the new animations all throughout the system is a welcome addition. Over the the week of moderate use, I have no complaints. As a suggestion, I feel like it needs more of a 'flatter' design language as it's the de facto standard on the current state of Mobile & Desktop OS (Android L, iOS 8 has flat UI. As well as the mainstream desktop OS such as Yosemite) - which is a feedback I have yet to write.
