  1. This giveaway is HUGE! Really looking forward to seeing how the Vessel platform works out over the next year! Vessel user: Shackleton Videos watched and commented on : https://www.vessel.com/videos/LCoY5zfFf https://www.vessel.com/videos/JemZ8O7Hy
  2. I'd love to get a NUC for a media PC in my living room!
  3. There is also a noise factor. Being that this is a silence optimized case, it makes sense that there isn't a spot for a disk drive. I removed my disk drive a few years back and haven't had a need for it. I boot my OS off a flash drive if I need to reformat. I also have a good enough internet connection to download games and not have to wait much time. If I ever do need a disk drive, and external drive works fine.
  4. If mycrypt doesn't work for you, you can always just do an MD5 encrypt with a salt, and have it stored like that. Then when you go to decrypt you remove the salt and decrypt the MD5.
  5. This was just the sort of response I was looking for! Thanks for the help! I guess I'll start saving, and see what comes out within the next few months.
  6. So currently, my PC has an MSI 870A-G46 motherboard, which is an AMD motherboard. The big problem with this motherboard, is that its an AM3 motherboard, so there isn't much room for a CPU upgrade, and there have been many reported issues with, when using the motherboards live update software, it flashes the bios, and bricks the system. So I'm at the point, where I'm wanting to upgrade a bit of my hardware (I don't have all the money now, so this upgrade will be in the some what near future). So what I need help with is deciding, should I get a new motherboard within the next few days, that is an AM3+ motherboard, and just use my CPU I have now in it until I have money to upgrade to an AM3+ cpu like the AMD 6350 or 8350. Or should I save up my money, and get a new motherboard and CPU at the same time. This computer is used for mostly gaming, and a bit of video editing and streaming. That being said, if I do wait and get a motherboard and CPU at the same time, should I go with an AMD based system, or switch over to Intel. I know a lot of the benefits of AMD, but not many of Intel. A bit of info would help greatly! thanks!
  7. Some "hackers" out there do it just to troll. They do it for a reaction, to see people get mad. The reason I use hackers in quotes is because a good 90% of them arn't hackers, they just downloaded a program that lets them cheat. They are cheaters more then anything. They fact that people call them hackers really kind of bugs me, because they arn't hackers. They didn't make the program that lets them see entities through walls, on have an aimbot. Most of them are just kids, who think they're super cool because they are getting so many kills. But like most people here, I still don't get the point of it, yeah you got 100 kills and 0 deaths, but you really didn't, just the program you're using got you it. I don't see how theres any fun in holding down the left mouse button and shooting people through walls. The only thing that makes any sense to me is the whole trolling factor. Just my opinion on the matter.
  8. I would love to win this! I've never won anything before, and I'm running an AMD Phenom ii x6 so this would be a great upgrade!
  9. Thanks for all the feed back guys, ill keep all your of it in mind when I'm at the purchasing point. Also for those of you wondering what games I play that involve PhysX, they are: Mafia II, Borderlands 2 and Planetside 2. (Which I play way to much planetside and even though they have removed PhysX due to bugs, I would like to have the option when it is re-enabled). But with the after taking a look at some reviews and benchmarks I may just got with the 7950 or even wait for the 700 and 8000 series of cards to come out and see what prices are like then. Again thank you all for the feed back.
  10. I currently have a Radeon HD 6770, and am planning on upgrading my video card next month. I have an AMD Phenom II x6 over clocked to 3.2 (turbo is turned off). I'm trying to find a GTX 660ti or a GTX 670, all based on price. If anyone has a recommendation on a card for a good price it would be appreciated. Also, I'm looking for a Nvidia card because I play a few games that have PhysX support, and would like it use it, with out performance loss.
