  1. Looks like his self-proclaimed "girly taupe" ASUS Zen Watch 2. Where as his pink everything, is not, in fact, girly at all.
  2. http://www.tomshardware.com/news/ting-brings-gigabit-internet-charlottesville,28246.html Tings buys existing fiber company, Blue Ridge InternetWorks, in Charlottesville and will start offering gigabit internet early 2015 for under $100 a month. Before the buy, Blue Ridge was offering 100 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up at about $500. It is unclear if this is monthly or annually. The homepage doesn't mention which it is and support was unavailable for comment at the time of posting. Based on the pricing of the other, lower tiers (25/5 for ~$60), I would guess this was a monthly price. No word on data caps or not yet. Hopefully there isn't. So maybe big ISPs, instead of being a bunch of <expletive deleted> will start to charge affordable prices and actually deliver a satisfactory service. Yeah, I'm looking at you Comcast...
  3. While its not new for 2014, my G600 with 90 programmable buttons per application is what I will be sticking with until something with even more comes along.
  4. I believe he was talking about being able to bind something else to the scroll up and down. Like, to use Lukes reference to donger raising in twitch chat, when I use the mouse wheel scroll up it will spam "Raise your dongers" and if I wanted to lower said dongers I could use the mouse wheel scroll down. Not have a different key mimic the scroll wheel. As a side note, whomever edited the video. "<" is "less than" where as the ">" you used, means "greater than". I know you did it on purpose to give ultra detail oriented software testers like me something else to do while watching the video. I appreciate it. Thanks.
  5. So, you can use 2TB+ drives with a non-uefi board as long as you don't plan to boot with it? Say a 5TB external USB drive, formatted GPT, would work on my non-uefi board under win 7 x64?
  6. You need a 5th option I want to see 2 more new channels, one with the cops and toys and one with cops and game reviews. Not just 1 new channel with both. I don't like mixed channels, especially when the subject matter is very different.
  7. I am interested in this as well. Firstly, I would hope the HD monitoring software, be it SMART or whatever, would let you know soon enough to back up your stuff. Assuming of course you enjoy living on the edge and not backing up stuff nightly regardless. (Mine actually backs up everything across 3 or 4 drives every time I shutdown or restart the computer. I've been burned twice by having insufficient backups.) I would think that hybrid drives are sort of like Raid 0. Because data would be spread across 2 different places. Someone please correct me if I am way off base here.
