  1. You can't charge a laptop that requires a 19V DC input from a 5V DC power bank, USB-C or not. You'll need a powerbank that is actually capable of supplying the 19V that the laptop requires. They are available, but good ones are not cheap. https://www.amazon.com/Naztech-PB15000-Universal-Charger-Extended/dp/B007URKIGC
  2. +1 for Droid Turbo. A year or so old, so down on price, but still packing top notch hardware, and wireless charging. Great 5"+ screen, and great battery life. Can be had used on ebay from reputable sellers for under $150. Just picked up mine off there a few weeks ago for $127 http://www.ebay.com/itm/381554795459?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=650666157277&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
  3. If the GPU was having issues the case and CPU fans should still spin up. Try it with just one stick of ram at a time, to see if one of the sticks is faulty. If that doesn't do anything try going through the steps here to narrow the problem down -
  4. Are you running the latest BIOS for that board? Version F9? Full support for the Ivy Bridge processors wasn't added until then - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3899#bios
  5. Its not going to boot with no RAM installed. What type and speed of RAM are you using?
  6. What type of scan did you do? Most antivirus software is useless. I'd recommend Malwarebytes - https://www.malwarebytes.com/ If any sort of malicious software is to blame, malwarebytes will hunt it down and beat it to death with its bare hands.
  7. And most of those reasons and the people experiencing them seem to be linked to AMD cards. - http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/forum/threadview/2955065217445235763/2/ Its just an issue between BF3 and AMDs cards. Not sure what the issue is, but its not likely to be fixed at this point as old as BF3 is. I certainly wouldn't RMA the card, as any replacement from AMD will probably do the same. Unless you play BF3 religiously, I'd probably just deal with it, as the only way to fix it seems to be to switch to team green.
  8. There seems to be no active cooling to the GPU except for the main chip itself, and even that appears zip-tied on......... Re-install the factory cooler and your problems will likely disappear. Those cheap ass waterblocks you see on e-bay might work okay for a CPU, but on a GPU they are just a bad idea.....
  9. You should expect the CPU usage to be high with a e5700 processor. Even if you are only using it for firefox. On-board graphics and an e5700 will probably shit all over itself just playing a 1080p video. If overheating is causing it to shut down just remove the side panel. Or look on ebay or craigslist for a cheap used aftermarket CPU cooler.
  10. I'd get a supervisor on the phone and ask them why they are walking people through BIOS updates if they don't even know how......... Unfortunately you don't have the dual BIOS switch, but if its working good enough to get into BIOS you can probably still fix the issue. Try this - http://event.asus.com/2012/mb/USB_BIOS_Flashback_GUIDE/
  11. Try a hard reset of the router. There should be a button or hole on the back somewhere, just check the manual. It will restore the router back to factory settings. Also, if you have a modem feeding the router, make sure to reset it at the same time.
  12. I don't even know why you want to RMA the PSU anyways. Nothing you've said here in this thread points to a failing PSU. What you need to do is actually find the issue before you go wasting time RMA'ing anything. Run a hard stress test on the CPU. Does it shut down? If no do the same to the GPU. Does it shut down? If so, you've found your problem, if not, we can keep going until we do find the problem. Or you could just RMA shit at random until you figure it out........
  13. System restore rarely fixes any real issues, as its pretty limited in what it can do. It won't even get rid of a virus / malware. Use DDU to uninstall the GPU drivers - http://www.wagnardmobile.com/ Then do a clean install of the latest drivers from Nvidia - http://www.geforce.com/drivers If the issue still persists after that try HWMonitor to watch the voltages and temps in real time while gaming in windowed mode to see if you see any issues. I don't see anything pointing to your PSU being at fault here yet. Especially if the voltages appear fine in HWMonitor.
  14. Calm down man. We'll narrow it down and get it figured out. You overclocking anything? What are you monitoring temps with? In your first post you mention you did a system restore prior to the issue. Did the problem start immediately after the system restore?
  15. Have you tried it with another charger and cable to verify its the phone and not the cable/charger at fault?
