Display Driver crashed then followed by a BSOD

Bananamancer

Hi guys,

I just finished downloading The Witcher 3 today and started playing it. It went all well until my display driver suddenly crashed. So, I decided to restart my pc.

After reaching Windows when I restarted, waited for a couple of secs for all background apps to kick in, I suddenly had a BSOD and I have no idea what caused it.  Mind that this is the first time I've encountered a BSOD since I built this PC. I checked Event Viewer and the error are as follows,

- System

    - Provider
      [ Name] Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power       [ Guid] {331C3B3A-2005-44C2-AC5E-77220C37D6B4}
      EventID 41       Version 3       Level 1       Task 63       Opcode 0       Keywords 0x8000200000000002     - TimeCreated
      [ SystemTime] 2015-12-27T04:39:52.221315700Z
      EventRecordID 13865       Correlation     - Execution
      [ ProcessID] 4       [ ThreadID] 8
      Channel System       Computer       - Security
      [ UserID] S-1-5-18

- EventData

    BugcheckCode 80     BugcheckParameter1 0xffffc00000080025     BugcheckParameter2 0x0     BugcheckParameter3 0xfffff801ccdc2486     BugcheckParameter4 0x2     SleepInProgress 0     PowerButtonTimestamp 0     BootAppStatus 0

Any idea what could be the cause of my Driver to crash and the BSOD? Haven't tried the game after that coz I'm afraid I might damage something.
