need help picking a laptop.

Guys i need a Laptop but i dont know how powerfull are Laptop CPUs or APUs. I know these things for desktops but no idea for Laptops with all the diffrente names for CPUs

 

What is the best Laptop i can get for 400 € ? I need it for school (Word, PowerPoint....) and web browsing so nothing intense. Bonus would be if i would be abel to play Fifa 16 (low settings are fine but it would need to be 60 FPS) maybe a APU would do it. If not than i would probably go with i3 and 8gb of ram. Or do you guys suggest something else.

i am not from Germany but i will buy my laptop from germany because its cheaper. Thats why i gave the lnik to Geizhals.de (soemthing like German Pcpartpicker but also with other stuff)

 

Also forgot Laptop needs to have UK keyboard, because german keyboard layout isnt the same as Slovenian keyboard layout but Uk one is. This wiil probably narrow my options alot. But is stil worth it.
