Windows audio not working correctly

Today i uninstalled razer synapse and my audio instantly crashed, I went into my audio device to make sure my USB device was working properly and all seemed good but still no sound. After restarting, My computer recognized the USB audio device but would only play the sound in my left ear went to go see if everything was OK and sure enough no problems, So then i went to test if the sound was registering but just not playing by going to windows playback test and it said the audio was playing but i just couldn't hear it, I was using Razer surround also i have a USB audio pass through for my Hyper X Cloud since my audio jacks are messed up. If there's any info you guys need i'll try my best to get it, Thanks for the help!
