GTA V RPGs vs stunters GLITCH! Pistols spawn! HELP PLEASE!

Doesn't matter what variation of the idea I launch - RPGs vs everything, Snipers vs stunters, snipers vs loopers... - pistols will spawn instead of the RPGs/Snipers! No matter what location, what creator, no matter what! But sticky bombs would spawn normally. 

Once I joined a lobby and everything actually worked, but then we wanted to play another match and pistols spawned!

Please help. What is wrong?

you need to be above level 100 i belive for RPGs to spawn
