PC upgrades

For my Bday, I got about 80 USD plus a little for tax that I can spend on PC upgrades.I am getting this LED strip:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0046Y7OF0/ref=ox_sc_imb_mini_detail?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

What else should I get?

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

from what I have learned from being on here is that you shouldn't get a cheap watercoolor because you can get an air cooler that will perform better for the same price

Really? I editted that to include my recommendation (or so I thought)

Sorry bout that.

I'd suggest going to Bitfenix's Alchemy light strips. I don't have any, but they're highly recommended, while the NZXT light strips are not. At all.
