Help First PC Build

I'm trying to make an upgradeable budget gaming pc. My budget is about 500$ and i have no idea what i should get. It basically needs to be able to handle games like hearthstone and League of Legends. I just need something that can work well till i can spend some more upgrading things about it. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

CPU and motherboard are good for upgrades. It won't bottleneck higher end cards either.

Maybe you can get a higher AMD processor.

First off, buying parts in order to upgrade is financially wasteful as you could save that money for a more powerful system.
Anyways...

This build was made just for upgrading.  A good Motherboard that supports SLI, LGA 1150 for a i7 4790K maximum, a good PSU (though low wattage)  as well as 32GB Max supported RAM.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

Overclock the G3258 with the MSI Z97 board I provided. It's a little over $500, but it's better than anything else I could think of at the price range. If you need help with the overclock, msg me.

The case may not fit the hyper 212 evo cpu cooler. you may have to look for another one. also, the mobo has a header for front usb 3.0 drives, but the case only support usb 2.0.
