Aftermarket audio management software

Hey guys, 

 

Basically I am looking for an aftermarket software solution to manage audio levels across different applications on my PC.

 

If anyone has any suggestions i would be very happy.

So like the one built into windows?

Well considering the one built into Windows is crap in my humble opinion, it also would not be considered "aftermarket".
