I can't connect to my minecraft server or teamspeak server with my brother comput

Press start.

type in firewall

click allow an app through windows firewall.

go down the list and allow your teamspeak server and minecraft server.

 

also are you connecting with your public IP address? (the one your ISP gives you) or your local IP address? (the one your router gives you)

I can't connect to my minecraft servers and teamspeak server from my brothers we are on the same network we have a netgear router just to put that out there

are you both connected over wifi?

We are connect through cabe to our router

did you open the fire wall on the computer hosting the servers?
