Logitech G402 has a squeaky wheel

Hey guys,

 

So I love my G402. But unfortunately, it is plagued with the issue of a mouse wheel which won't stop squeaking and doesn't roll as smoothly as it used to.

 

How can I disassemble the G402 in order to lubricate the mouse wheel?

I would recommend contacting customer care. Disassembling the mouse voids its warranty, so you probably want to get in touch with them first as that does not seem normal.

I tried to apply for your customer support, but my email was tagged as a "duplicate" and when I attempted to use a "forgot your password" link and entered my e-mail, it had said that I had never created an account.

We recently switched our support backend systems so sometimes bad things like this are happening. Would you be able to try with a different email address?
