I'm having the same issue. It just started after doing some cable management. It's something to do with the GPU. Any help?

I have no idea how to solve static interference other than getting a sound card or a usb dac. You can read this: http://smallbusiness.chron.com/reduce-headphone-static-asus-60817.html. Keep in mind i haven't verified any of their methods.
