Can I/ how to install Hackintosh and windows 7/8/10

Hi so my specs are as follows..

Intel Core i5 2500k

XFX HD6850

Intel 730 480gb SSD

Seagate 500gb HDD

 

So will I be able to dual boot hackintosh and windows 7? Are there guides on how to do it? Where do I buy hackintosh OS ?
