Python, C++, or C#?

I would suggest starting with Python, employability-wise its popularity is increasing with regards to business use.

Unfortunately, I think Java or C# still have higher employability.

Python is gaining popularity, but you need to specifically be targeting start ups and other well known Python shops. I think Ruby currently is more employable than Python.. again, unfortunately.

It's very easy to be a one man band startup with Python though. Everything is so concise, readable, and easy to maintain that you don't often need an entire team of coders for relativity small projects

Also if you're just starting out, Python is great for learning broader concepts that can be applied to C++ and C# later when you need the extra performance.
