First time building a gaming PC. Need help!

Hey guys, I'm a noob at this but I was thinking about building a gaming computer from scratch. These parts are what I have in mind:

 
Motherboard - MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Motherboard

 

RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

 

Processor - Intel Core i5 4670K

Graphics Card - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 OC 3GB 

Hard Drives - Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

Optical Drive - ASUS DRW-24D3ST 24x DVD Writer

SSD Card- Samsung 840 pro 128GB

 

My questions are:

 

1-    Do you think these parts are compatible?

 

2-    Which case would fit all these parts? I'd prefer mid tower cases, but if you think I need to go full tower? Then could you please refer to names and brands. That goes for the mid tower as well. 

 

3-    Could you please mention what type of CPU cooler, PSU and fans should I get.

4-    Do I need anything else?

whats your budget? Are you overclocking cpu? Why not buy haswell refresh?

get a 450d case! Its so sexy

I prefer asus or evga gpus but whatevs

I would get the new industrial fans I think linus made a video and its the ones slick wants to eventually put in his rigg..
