Samsung 840 evo 120gb "frozen state"

Hey!

I just moved a used samsung 840 evo 120gb from an older build and installed it to my current one.

I downloaded samsung magician and tried Quick ereasing the ssd drive to be able to ger get my new windows 7 onto the drive from my hdd.

But the problem is that I can't Quick erease since my ssd drive is in "frozen state".

Windows finds the ssd drive and I can see whats Saved on the drive.

Samsung magician tells me to pull out The SATA Power cable ,then after 4 seconds insert it again and then run the Quick erease again. But still it's in frozen state...

Anyone knows what to do?

The Linux (hdparm) based instructions say putting the PC to sleep and waking it backup sometimes clears the frozen state too:
