Hello everyone i was looking for cheap 144hz monitor with low shipping cost and i found two

I want to buy the one has VA PANEL but with 4ms the second one is 1ms but it's TN,

 

the AOC is more slightly expensive with the shipping by 17$ 

 

this is my first 144hz monitor now i have a 60hz ips really i don't wanna go for TN but is the 1ms really matter ? i wanna get the full 144hz experience

 

please help me to choice one
