Laptop not charging

My laptop charge is stuck at 68%. It doesn't go up or down. The battery icon shows plugged in, charging.

Does the pc have some sort of test in the bios that would check the battery or an app from the manufacture?

 

Or google the model number and battery afterwards to see if it’s a common issue.

I tried all the tricks I found on google.But nothing seems to be working. Updated BIOS, did a HP battery scan(result:OK)
