OBS v22 dropping frames with 0 kb/s

Hi Folks,

 

I am a Streamer and use OBS a lot. My OBS v22 is dropping around 65% frames and remains at 0kb/s. I have 40 Mbps Down and 7 Mbps Up speeds.

Attaching recent Log file for review.
