Need some advices

[Dying Pc-tinker]

Can I pair this pc from ebay with a gtx1060 and what kind of a performance should I expect from it ? and would it be a good value to buy it  ?

It should work okay, however I wouldn't expect the highest framerates due to the slower per core clocks the Xeon has.

Also make sure the Powersupply is good enough and the system supports Pci 3.0.

For productivity however, the system should work out pretty well.
