Asus PG279Q

Hoping to pick a 1440P 144hz+ monitor up soon is the PG279Q getting replaced with a new model anytime soon ? cant find much suggesting it it will or not, but i'm sure it has been around for a few years already?

What else would you be looking for in a monitor?  144+hz at 1440p will look good for a long while.  Look at some of their other monitors and how long they've been around.

Yes it will look good for a long while. I just see they have updated most of there range within the last year but not this model while there may not be much difference tech always advances in some way or another.
