I have a bitcoin mining rig running at home, and would like to know if it is possible to have a program send the temperatures over to my laptop or a site so I can check them while I'm at school or out.

I have no idea if this is even possible, I searched a lot but could not find anything.

Currently using HWmonitor maybe a little bit extra code could make it send the logs somewhere? But I don't think it's open source?

Anybody any idea?
