don't get the armor card, you may just wanna spend a little extra for a better card. Also, that psu is very ehhhh, I would maybe get a cheaper case, and use the extra money on the gpu and psu

Don't get the Msi Armor variant, Armor cards are notorious for their terrible coolers.

Get a smaller capacity SSD, 120gb or 240gb, and pair it with a 2TB HDD.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

I found. This 1070 but it's no small price jump so would it be worth it to use it instead.

Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB Windforce OC Video Card  ($329.99 @ Newegg)

What about a hybrid drive would it make any difference in game load times

It would make a nice pair for the 2600, but so would just an rx 580. Also, if you want to maybe get a better one for a similar price, this asus strix 1070 is $10 more, but its open box https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814126109R&Description=asus strix 1070&cm_re=asus_strix_1070-_-14-126-109R-_-Product
