Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have an asus rog X470-F motherboard with a ryzen 7 2700x cpu, 3200mhz ddr Patriot viper rgb ram, rtx 2070 msi gaming z video card, Thermaltake rgb 850 watt psu. I dont even get to boot screen. Please please please for the love of god advise.

(Be advised that I do not see any LEDs next to the DDR4 light up when I power on. Also the CPU Fan does not work when I plug it directly into the motherboard. For that reason I plug it into the case essentially. Everything turns on, nothing shows up on screen. hdmi and monitor are good)

Thank you,

-Sam

is this brand new as in you just built it, and it won't power on? If thats the case, you likely missing a power cable, maybe a CPU power cable is not plugged in. Are any lights illuminating on the motherboard? Is your PSU switch set to the on position?

If its a PC that has worked before, have you changed anything about its configuration?

yes the fans turn on. the rgb ram is lit, the video card is on the orange power indicator is also on. Its brand new as in just built never turned on.

on the motherbaord:

the power led indicator is on. However none of the trouble shooting lights turn on. in addition the heatsing fan for the cpu does not work when plugged into the motherboard.

Thank you.

Video cable is in graphics card and not motherboard?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
