I want to get the 240 hz monitor from alienware but my pc uses intel integrated graphics which is fine cuz i play csgo but i wondering to all the people that has the freesync or gsync 240hz monitor if i can play at a lower resolution (yes lower than 1080p) at a high refresh rate

You can't use an igpu for 240hz, you need a gpu lol.

It amazes me how you think the monitor wouldn't allow you to downscale resolution and at the same time think your iGPU will maintain 240fps. Are you coming from the future or something?

yes im from the year 3018 and im so poor that i cant afford a 1000hz monitor
