RTX GPU or Game glitching?

I've went to AC odyssey today and i've got weird flickerwing black white black in darker areas. Could it be GPU problem or just game? Game was working fine few days ago. Other games are now working perfectly fine. Tested in other games as well as benchmarks. Not overclocked at all. Temps are great. Strix RTX 2080. Attaching video. Main menu got blacked out on sides for some reason. Played this game since mid october and was fine until today.

Had it for 3 weeks now. People are reporting it out of the box. I don't know honestly what to think and what to do. I can wait a month to see, warranty will still be up.

I think it's custom PCB. At least they say that on internet

I thought the issue has more to do with the RTX 2080 Ti, and mostly the Founder's Edition version of the card....

More rumors about others come. If its reference PCB i think it doesnt matter which card, because its same PCB. But mine is custom

I guess this answers your question......doesn't sound like a failing card as most, if not all games, would be affected. IF it's limited to that one game, put it off to a driver glitch with the game.
