Corsair strafe and mouse don't get recognized by software

Just as the title says. I noticed that it works when I reinstall the software. But it fails again after a restart. What could be the problem? Had no issue before...

Figured it out I think.

  1. Reinstalled the software 
  2. Restarted the PC
  3. After windows booted
  4. I pressed quit and started the software again
  5. And it worked again!!
