budget?

Do you want gsync

high refresh (yes) otherwise why have that card.

What are you going to be using it for? Gaming, Video/Photo Editing?

 

If you are going for just gaming then go for a monitor with a  high refresh rate (75-144Hz) and low response time

 

If it's more Video Editing then you should probably get an ultrawide monitor for better productivity.

I would recommend the LG 34UM69G-B https://pcpartpicker.com/product/LwGj4D/lg-34um69g-b-340-2560x1080-75hz-monitor-34um69g-b  because it is a good all-around monitor. It has a 75Hz display, 21:9 Aspect Ratio, 34 inches, and 1ms response time
