Black Screen after Windows Install

So my PC crashed because of not enough power (see in my topic "Games crashing on RTX 2080) because i tried higher settings in Rainbow Six

and i started the pc again after the mobo logo there was only a white cursor jumping around for a few seconds and then the Bios opend.

I tried to repair Windows without succes.

So i reinstalled Windows.

After the introduction i started downloading Graphic Drivers, Steam and a few other Programms. I clicked on Driver Install and because i installed steam at this moment i got a an installation error: an other program is installing at the moment. 1-2 seconds later my win crshed with a black screen. I started to boot again but it didnt work Windows Auto Repair didnt worked, so i resetet windows again after that i didnt even get to the Desktop the screen just stays black.

Is it a Graphics Driver Problem?

Sorry for my bad English (I try to do my best)

Sounds like a graphics driver problem. My advise would be to use the windows installer CD or USB Stick and go to diagnostics and select to boot in safe mode. If it works then it will prove that graphics drivers are the problem. You can remove them using DDU from safe mode.

I once had a problem a while ago with Nvidia drivers, I installed windows but as soon as the Nvidia drivers were installed it crashed. Every time it booted up it would blue screen straight away. It was a faulty/incompatible GPU in that situation. Thing that confused me was that the installation worked fine but that's because the drivers are not installed during installation.

Gaming Rig:CPU: Xeon E3-1230 v2¦RAM: 16GB DDR3 Balistix 1600Mhz¦MB: MSI Z77A-G43¦HDD: 480GB SSD, 3.5TB HDDs¦GPU: AMD Radeon VII¦PSU: FSP 700W¦Case: Carbide 300R
