Some question about Software Raid0

hi guys, so actualy i have 2 x (120 Gb SSD) and i want to raid 0, sadly my motherboard doesn't support Raid, so i want to go with software Raid

 

i know that i can't boot from a software Raid 0 disk, so what i want to do is :

[make a partition on the thirst SSD of 20Gb, and Raid0 the remaining 100Gb with the second SSD by Windows's software Raid]

 

so can i just go and do that or i can't ? cause im not too familiar with software Raiding and i dont want to begin in this process and then i find out that it can't be done

 

(and yeah i really need faster drives, this is not for gaming or any sort of thing ..)
