Laptops 350 and under

I want to try to be as simple as possible to all my friends and I after many years of trying to make a video game. we have very beefy computers the only thing is that we don't have time to be at home all the time so we're looking for laptops $350 and under we're not making 3D games we're making 2D games and using C++ programming will also be using visual studio 2015 the only thing that will need is a drawing software like paint shop, or something like Photoshop that's not a subscription. I already own music software but I'll keep that on my main computer I just need to get a few laptops identical for programming 2D games. Thank you
