Relation between CoreClock, CoreVoltage and Temp?

Well voltage is how much voltage you're letting the core run at which you'll likely need to increase when OC'ing.
Power limit is just the max power you're allowing the card to pull from the PSU. Generally when OC'ing you should just set the power limit to max, assuming you have a strong enough power supply.

Hi :) do i get a higher Temperature, when i increase the Core Voltage without changing the ClockSpeed?

By increase temp do you mean the temp limit(in something like MSI afterburner)?

 

An effect of increasing voltage is that you will have generally have higher temperatures though, even if the clock speed is still the same.
