Surface Go

Hey, I tried to reinstall windows on my surface go, it defaulted to windows 10s. But now my wifi adapter doesn't show up. I cant download the drivers on another laptop because you cant install anything on windows 10s that isn't from the windows store. I tried reinstalling windows, resetting the network controller and reinstalling the default drivers. Any idea on how i can fix this?

you can't install drivers on Windows 10s? really? 

 

have you tried going to device manager and updating it from there?

Yeah i tried that, but you need an internet connection to do that. And i dont have an internet connection because the adpater isn't working

usb wifi or ethernet adaptor?

wifi adapter, but the surface go doent have an ethernet port. And I dont have a adapter.

no i meant using a usb wifi or ethernet adaptor to get an internet connection, to update the driver.

Oh, to be honest it's my dads surface. And he doesnt want to buy anything for it. Helemaal klote dit

ah ook nederlands? 

 

waarom heb je Windows geherinstalleerd? om een probleem op te lossen ofzo of... 

en kun je niet naar 10 pro gaan? ik dacht dat dat kon, maar ik weet niet meer of het gratis is...

Ik wou windows 10 pro erop zetten met een oem key. Dus ik dacht dat je het gewoon opnieuw kon installeren en dan de key kan invoeren. Maar als je het opnieuw installeert gaat het automatisch naar 10s.
