Best GPU under 330 CAD

Hello

looking for a gpu for light gaming under 330 cad

amd or nvidia doesn’t matter 

also want it to look decent, prefer a backplate and over looks do matter

rgb is optional

also prefer something decent in length no a fan of those mini cards

I like stuff like the evga cards and gigabyte as far as aesthetics but company doesn’t matter
