advice for overclocking

Hi, just got a Ryzen 5 1400 on sale (80Euro), I'm a bit newbie in this overclocking topic, I never had AMD before. 

What's the max overclock what I can get from this CPU with stock cooler? Does it worth to buy a better cooling solution?

Buying a better cooler would benefit you if you wanted a stronger overclock, but if you're only just dipping your toe into overclocking, the stock cooler will suffice. Your mileage may vary on max overclock so just get the max you can with reasonable temps.

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Second this, cooling is the number one killer when OCing,
